Appointments & Cancellation:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment. There are no exceptions.

Please give us at least 24-hour cancellation notice. If there is a no-show and no cancellation there will be a $25.00 charge added to your account.

we can give you a general estimate of the time it will take to complete your style. However, every situation is different and special. the time time it takes to complete your service can vary. sometimes styles run longer or shorter than expected. for best results we ask that you DO NOT RUSH THE STYLIST. For those who are having a style that takes 6 hours or more; we recommend that you do not have your hair done on the same day as important engagements.

Staff Members:

At Grace Hair Studio, we are so happy to serve you, but abuse to our staff members will not be tolerated at any time. 

Mother's and Strollers:

At Grace Hair Studio we celebrate motherhood and love children. Unfortunately, due to space we cannot accommodate strollers inside the shop. Our waiting area is limited and is used for consultations and customers waiting to be serviced. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing along a number of friends and family to wait for you while you are having your hair done. If you bring a guest, he/she is not allowed to be on the salon floor. They must wait for you in the waiting area.
